As Head of Sales you will work in close collaboration with the Co-founders and the Head of Marketing.
You will oversee the structuring of the Sales Department and the building of your team. You will manage the sales teams in Europe and North America to start and motivate them to achieve the best possible results.
Your time during the early stages of your integration will be divided as follows:
- 50% sales direct and online
- 25% sales strategy
- 25% hiring and management
We are looking for a Head of Sales specialized in SaaS B2B sales to grow our product market while working closely with the product design and marketing departments. He/She will oversee selling Minsar to prospects within a given territory of strategic accounts starting with Europe and North America. - Oversee the sales cycle and implement sales strategy
- Identify opportunities in target markets
- Feed and follow through with leads into the sales pipeline until closing
- Participate in sales calls, meetings, and demos with prospects
- Negotiate commercial conditions and closing
- Represent Minsar at events and tradeshows
- Implement a dynamic and motivated sales team
- Define sales goals and revenue targets
- Provide monthly reporting and analytics on sales goals, achievements, and areas of improvement
