About

Minsar is a team of creators and engineers specialized in the fields of multimedia, user experience, spatial computing (including AR, VR, and NUIs), mainly based in Paris, France.

Our mission is to accelerate the transition to the spatial computing era by providing Creators and Publishers the best tools they need to build and distribute content for the new AR and VR platforms.

The Minsar team is growing and now is the right time to join our journey and determine the way immersive content will be created and distributed in the next decades.

Job Description

Context

You will join Richard (Art Director), Nicolas (R&D Engineer), Adrien (Front-end R&D Developer) and Alexia (Head of Design & UX Designer) in the Design team.
Their goal is to create and design immersive, innovative and intuitive interfaces for our AR/VR product, Minsar!
To do so, we need someone in the team to be really close to our users, to know their needs, values, abilities and limitations.

Missions

Your missions will be to:

  • Define research methodologies according to data needed to improve our product
  • Manage and recruit representative participants
  • Conduct user tests, surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, etc.
  • Extract data
  • Present and share results with the team
  • Suggest improvements for the product and work closely with our UX Designer

Preferred Experience

We require

  • Strong Research methodologies
  • Capability to use statistics and data presentation tools
  • Strong communication skills, with both team members, users and partners
  • Rigor and Autonomy
  • Team spirit
  • French (native) and English speaking

Ideally, with

  • A background in Psychology
  • A great knowledge and interest in Augmented/Virtual Reality technologies (hardware, software, ecosystem, etc.)
  • Some work experience as a UX Researcher
  • Curiosity and continous learning
  • Dedication to User eXperience and a desire to see (and contribute to) the democratization of VR/AR technologies
  • Any other relevant skills you have that we didn't think of!
